Phila. woman alleges sexual assault by officer

For the women reportedly affected via police sexual assaults, the story at the link below is one of the more terrifying you might imagine for a woman or a parent to suffer through -- and according to one woman claiming a cop brutalized her in a sexual manner, the threats of continued assault are not stopping.

The story is on the fringes of enslaving women for sexual use, upon demand, by an authority with enough power to get away with it on perpetual basis. The nightmare for all citizens is that there really isn't any cops willing to come out and protect citizens.

Is there a way citizens --especially females of all ages -- can protect themselves from brutal sexual assaults by cops? Or should they just "take it" and know their place in the authoritative order, as the brutalizing cops have ordered?

This story is on the worse end of the scale, probably just below murder by cops, but even on the lower end, for instance, I recommend (already have to my daughter) not to apologize to cops during traffic stops. It is common for people to become apologetic for possible infractions of traffic law, but citizens, and especially women or young teen females, should understand there is no need to apologize to a cop. That cop is not Lord of the Highway, as they might wish you to believe. When females become apologetic to male cops, they come off as begging, and this is dangerous as it can fuel a cop's rape fantasy. Cops have a certain power which is often misused, and most rape is a crime of power rather than sex, therefore, the dangers of being apologetic to cops. It is simply not necessary and it can endanger you or your daughter.

The officer - one of 10 who participated in a drug raid of the apartment downstairs - allegedly jammed his fingers into her vagina. When she tried to pull away, he grabbed her hard enough to rip her shirt, she said.
The penetration of his fingers was so forceful that she began to bleed. She said she thought he had scratched her - or worse, caused internal damage."
